English
Antique Glass
AT LAST an English
Stained glass manufacturer. They make only a small range compared to
most of the other producers, but that range is different. They also
make large Bullions and Crown glass of various types and Norman
slabs. The prices are high, but then most things over here
are! They are happy for people to visit, so go along and show them
you care.
Bullseye Glass
An American manufacturer
that creates wonderful glasses (which we use whenever we can) including those with frits and streamer in them (example to
the left).
Armstrong Glass
Another American manufacturer
that makes - amongst others - a spectacular range of iridescent glasses.
Youghiogheny
& Oceana Glass
Yes, they are American.
Both companies specialise in a wide variety of reproduction Tiffany glass.
Oceana especially in mottled glass and mottled glass with Dichroic coatings in two and three colours. Very exciting colour
combinations.
Wissmach Glass
You've guessed it
- American! With over 3000 colours, tints and patterns they have a lot on
offer. I use their Corella range.
Verriere de
St. Just
Perhaps the name's
given it away, they're
French! Producing some of the most amazing hand made glass
around, but be careful they are not cheap. You will need to view the
French version of their site to see the glass samples.
Spectrum Glass
Possibly the best
known manufacturer, and therefore American. They have a huge range of
different glasses and coloured mirrors
Kokomo Opalescent
Glass
Where, else but
the USA again. They are the oldest manufacturer of opalescent
and stained cathedral glass in the world and make some superb glass that I
enjoy using.
Glashuette Lamberts
Waldsassen
Based in Germany
they make a wide variety of reproduction antique glass, but also some
fabulously vibrant Streaky and Flashed glasses.
Uroboros
Glass
American manufacturers
of opalescent and other glasses. Some, though not many are available
in the UK.
